Your 14-Day Cancellation Right You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and cancel your purchase. You do not need to give us a reason, and there are no penalty fees. This policy complies with standard EU and local consumer protection laws.
How to Cancel Your Order To exercise your right to cancel, simply fill out the form below. Once your request is submitted, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. We will then process your refund within the standard legal timeframes applicable to your purchase.
Exceptions to the Cancellation Right By law, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to certain goods and services. The following items and services cannot be returned or cancelled:
- Instant Digital Content: If you purchase digital content (such as downloadable files, streamed videos, software, or online courses) and agree to access it immediately at checkout, you waive your right to cancel.
- Services Already Started: If you ask us to begin providing a service before your 14-day cancellation period ends, you can still cancel. However, you will be billed a fair, pro-rated amount for the work we have already completed.
- Custom, Perishable, or Sealed Goods: We cannot accept returns for items made to your custom specifications, goods that spoil or expire quickly, items unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, or unsealed audio, video, and software recordings.
- Dated Services: Cancellations do not apply to services booked for a specific date or timeframe. This includes accommodation, vehicle rentals, catering, and leisure services like event tickets.
Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.
Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
