This policy covers returns, refunds, and your statutory rights when buying prints and products from this shop.
Right to withdraw (cooling-off)
If you buy as a consumer in the UK or EU, you usually have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind for most distance sales. To start that process, use the right to withdraw form. You do not need to give a reason.
When withdrawal may not apply
Made-to-order or clearly personalised items can be exempt from the cooling-off right once production has started, where the law allows. If an item is exempt, we will say so clearly on the product or at checkout where possible. Faulty or misdescribed goods are still covered by your other consumer rights.
Damaged or faulty items
If something arrives damaged or not as described, contact us promptly with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
How refunds work
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please keep items unused and in a suitable condition for return unless we agree otherwise for a fault.
